Jarvis Mailbox privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Jarvis Mailbox is a personal tool used only by its owner, Jeroni Bertran. This policy describes what it does with Google user data.
What Google data it accesses
The tool asks for one permission: access to the Google Drive files it creates or that its owner opens with it
(the drive.file scope). In practice that is one Google Docs document, “Jarvis mailbox”. It reads the
requests written in that document and writes answers back into it. It cannot see any other file in the owner's
Drive, and it does not access email, contacts or any other Google data.
How the data is used
- The tool runs only on its owner's own computer. The sign-in token it receives from Google is stored only on that computer.
- To answer a request, the tool sends the request's text to Anthropic's Claude service, which writes the answer. The answer is then written back into the same document.
- A copy of each request and answer is kept on the owner's computer as a record.
- The data is not sold, not shared with anyone else, not used for advertising, and not used to train any model by the tool.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Jarvis Mailbox's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The document stays in the owner's Google Drive until he deletes it.
